61hundred Bread absolutely lives up to the hype. If youβre into artisan bread and pastries, this is a bakery thatβs well worth going out of your way for. We arrived around 9 AM, and within minutes a line had already formed outside. By 10 AM, the Blue Corn Masa Sourdough was completely sold out, so if thatβs what youβre after, definitely get there early. We picked up the infamous Blue Corn Masa Sourdough, which has a beautiful purple hue when the sunlight hits it. The crust is deeply caramelized, the crumb is wonderfully chewy, and the flavor has incredible depth. Easily one of the most memorable sourdough loaves Iβve had. We also tried the Ube Cruffin, which was equally impressive. It had a flaky, buttery exterior with a vibrant purple ube filling that wasnβt overly sweet. Every bite was rich, crisp, and satisfying. The cinnamon roll was enormous, but just as impressive. It was soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The best part was the bottom, where the caramel had baked into a slightly chewy, almost candy-like layer that added an amazing texture and made every bite even more satisfying. After trying all three, I can confidently say this serves some of the best sourdough and

This place has long line but itβs worth the waiting. Fresh and delicious pastries. There are different kinds of fresh baked Breads and make to order drinks; hot and cold options. Expresso is really good here. You canβt go wrong with late. Outdoor sitting for quick bite when weather is ideal for outdoor seating.

Best croissants and artisan bakery experience, totally worth the wait Wait time was around 30 minutes, but honestly the moment I walked in I forgot about it. The place just pulls you in right away. The blue corn sourdough caught my eye immediately, the color alone is beautiful and it feels like something you donβt see at a typical bakery. I went straight for the croissants and wowβ¦ some of the best Iβve had. Flaky, crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside. The sun-dried tomato croissant was the one that completely sold me. Perfect balance- just rich and done right. Also ordered the ube cruffin- loved the purple filling! Soy gochujang and the almond croissant. Also got the cold brew and that surprised me in a good way. It tasted different from most places, kind of smooth with a slight tang, almost like a drip-style cold brew. If youβre into specialty coffee or unique cold brew, youβll appreciate this. Price came out to around $50, which is definitely on the higher side, but the quality and portion sizes make it worth it. Youβre paying for really well-made pastries and a full experience, not just a quick snack. If youβre searching for best croissants, almond croissant, art

This place is absolutely fabulous. The moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile and the smell of heaven. I got so many yummy things but my favorite was the rosemary focaccia bread. It was fluffy, crispy, soft and with the most delicious olive oil. Actually everything we had was delightfully flavorful and amazingly delicious. You can't go wrong with anything you get there. Go early because usually there is a line but it's so worth the wait.

This bakery has the best croissants have ever tasted. Every bite is perfectly flaky, rich, and full of that incredible buttery flavor you can only get from true craftsmanship. Their one-of-a-kind sourdough made with blue maza is something special - unique, flavorful, and unlike anything I've tried before. If you like chocolate cookies then you better have one here! Easily one of the best l've ever had. Karlo assisted us during our visit, and his customer service truly stood out. We arrived on a Sunday right as they were closing, yet he still took the time to help us with kindness and patience. That level of care made the experience even better. We drove all the way from Lake Elsinore just to try their bread, and it was absolutely worth the trip. This place is a gem, and we'll definitely be back.
